The spray is pre-mixed for mold issues. 
The 30sec. cleaner you
really MUST DILUTE !! 
It's pretty potent by itself !! 
1 Cup of Bleach per gallon of water and a little Dawn Dishwashing Liquid is Sunbrella remedy.

ON SUNBRELLA FABRICS ONLY!
If you are seeing spots, don't call the DR. !!
BUY a BLEACH type product.
50/50 water and bleach and a squirt of
DAWN DISHWASHING LIQUID
Spray the fabric "evenly" with the solvent you just prepared and then brush evenly!!
Allow to dry in the FULL sun for a good portion of the day and bring in nightly.
ENJOY YOUR BACK YARD ~STAY SAFE~

You may even develop some mold along the zipper line of your seat cushions ?? Moisture in the air/rain ?? Unzip the cover and let the seat foam piece dry-out in the sunshine.... Maybe a light spray of a Bleach product to aid/stop the mold growth ??

THIS IS  A REALLY GREAT PROUDUCT FOR MOLD ISSUES OUTSIDE !!

Back cushions looking a little bit "Tattered"? Pull out the fiber stuffing carefully and separate. Leave the Batting in the cushion and the button.

Keep the back cushion fiber separate from the others. They are put in by weight and the size of the Back Cushion.

Let the covers SOAK in a laundry room sink/basin or your tub if you like..... Use hot water mixed with Bleach and a soap like detergent. Mix up real well, and after some time, drain and squeeze out the Xcess water. And let them hang dry in THE SUN.
